Lauren is a licensed BCBA with a passion for teaching functional, pro-social communication skills to children who struggle communicating their needs and engaging in self-advocation behaviors. Lauren has a life-long dream of helping others and developed her love for working with children in 2009. Lauren has experience working in the public-school setting both as an educator and as a behavior analyst and uses these experiences to create a collaborative approach to care with the clients she serves.

With her free time, Lauren enjoys gardening, hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking with her family.

Lauren is honored to join the team at Inner Circle and looks forward to serving her community in Bentonville.
