About Nicole Bowlby
Nicole Bowlby is Vice President of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at Inner Circle Autism Network. She leads efforts to recruit, develop, and support the professionals who deliver and strengthen the organization’s autism services.
Nicole brings more than 13 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources leadership, along with 17 years of operations experience. Her background spans healthcare, retail pharmacy, logistics, and Applied Behavior Analysis organizations, giving her a broad perspective on workforce planning, operational excellence, and building teams in complex, fast-growing environments.
Throughout her career, Nicole has focused on creating inclusive, supportive workplaces where employees have the resources and opportunities to succeed. She has held roles with organizations including Walgreens and Amazon and most recently worked for a multi-state ABA organization. Her experience includes recruiting specialized talent, supporting organizational growth, strengthening employee engagement, and developing people-centered processes across multiple locations.
At Inner Circle Autism Network, Nicole combines her healthcare operations experience with a deep commitment to the field of ABA. She works to build a strong employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing development and retention, helping ensure clinical and operational teams are equipped to provide high-quality support to children and families.
Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Heidelberg University. She also holds certifications related to coding, pharmacy technician practice, compounding, and mental health allyship.
