Inner Circle Autism Network, a leading provider of evidence-based autism therapy in multiple states, opens its first North Carolina clinic in Fuquay-Varina.
The new clinic provides families with timely access to Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, serving children through age 10 with individualized, family-centered care designed to build meaningful skills and improve quality of life.
Following the Fuquay-Varina opening, a second location is planned for Cary in 2026.
Families can now enroll directly or be referred by pediatricians or behavioral health providers. Services are available without a waitlist, and the clinic accepts most private insurance plans as well as Vaya Health and Alliance Health.

“Our expansion into North Carolina represents an exciting milestone for Inner Circle Autism Network and the families we serve,” said David Mikula, CEO, Inner Circle Autism Network. “The Fuquay-Varina clinic brings our high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to more families navigating an autism diagnosis, and we look forward to opening our next location in Cary.”
Inner Circle Autism Network has grown steadily since 2023, opening clinics in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Nebraska, and now North Carolina. The Fuquay-Varina clinic underscores Inner Circle Autism Network’s mission to deliver ABA therapy that is individualized, accessible, and timely, led by local credentialed clinicians including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
ABA therapy is widely recognized as the gold standard of autism therapy by organizations including the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Psychological Association, and National Institutes of Health. It focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors such as tantrums, self-injury, and toileting difficulties.
